Rainbow Moonstone and Copper Pendant

This lovely pendant is one of a kind. An intricate copper weave surrounds the stone and is oxidized to give it an antiqued appearance. The pendant measures 2.25″ from the top of the bail to the point at the bottom, and is 1.25″ wide. An 18″ copper chain with a hand-formed “S” clasp is included.

Rainbow Moonstone is a striking gemstone due to the shimmer from inside the stone. It is said to possess powerful protective properties and helps its wearer to find their true path in life. It is also believed to possess the ability to bring out the positive in people and calm overactive minds, and bring peace to its wearer.

Clean using mild dish detergent and warm water. Copper will naturally darken over time. If you would like to lighten the color of the copper, gently rub ketchup into the copper with your fingers or dip the pendant in Worcestershire sauce for a few seconds, and then rinse thoroughly. Rinse in a solution of baking soda and water to neutralize the acid in the ketchup. Rinse again with clear water and dry with a soft cloth.
